Anima – New Online System

Thank you to our patients for your help in embracing our new Anima system, launched on the 5th March, which has changed the way health requests are processed at the Surgery.

A number practices in the surrounding areas also use this same system, or will be shortly. We ask patients to contact us through our website using the Anima system so we can keep our phone lines and reception team free to help patients who struggle with online systems.

We will no longer be booking appointments at the surgery without a form being filled out via Anima.

All of our appointments are now released at 7:55am onAnima, and no longer at 8am and 12pm.

If you do phone the surgery at either of these times to book a doctor appointment, we will not be at liberty to book this appointment and will advise you to use the online platform, especially those who are capable.

As you can imagine, there are obvious teething issues as this is a whole new system for patients, as well as staff, and we do ask that you bear with us and thank you for your patience at this time.

We understand some patients are having some problems with booking routine appointments. Instead of filling out a medical form for a routine appointment, can we ask that you fill out the simple query from, as we only have so many appointments per day. Therefore only a certain number of medical forms will be released.

We ask everyone is respectful to our team as a whole, but especially our care navigation team who are working extremely hard to make this work for patients, as well as the surgery itself.
