Diabetic Clinic
Patients are invited by letter to see a healthcare assistant or nurse for their annual diabetes blood tests and foot checks on any weekday, followed 2-3 weeks later with a nurse practitioner appointment (any day) to discuss the results and plan further care. We try to arrange your annual diabetes review in the month of your birth.

Family Planning
Includes IUCD fitting, contraceptive implant fitting and removal, family planning. We have appointments available throughout the week, however they are limited.
Additional Long-Acting Reversible Contraception service for Wokingham Borough
Mid Hampshire Healthcare, in collaboration with Wokingham Borough Council, will be providing Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) clinics for Wokingham residents living in Wokingham Borough, under the age of 55.
Self-referrals now accepted via the self-referral form.
The clinics will initially be running from Day Lewis Pharmacy in Twyford weekdays and Saturdays, with additional locations to follow.
Once you have referred yourselves into the service you will be contacted by a clinician for pre-counselling.
