Wokingham Borough Prevention Programmes

From the 19^th December Public Health Wokingham are no longer able to fund some clinical pathways including the Falls prevention programme and the Long term health gym programme.  There are a wide range of other activities that are delivered across Wokingham Borough to support residents to stay physically active within adapted and mainstream providers.
