Appointments
Most appointments can be booked for the day on which you ring us.
Each day we will also have some appointments available for booking up to four weeks in advance. These can be made with a Doctor, Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
We will try to book you in with the Doctor of your choice, but this may not be possible and it may be better for you to see a Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse.
We may also offer you a telephone consultation so that you can speak to the Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse for advice. In order to give you an appropriate appointment you may be asked the general nature of your problem.
Please be patient with our receptionists, they are not being obstructive.
Emergencies
In an emergency you contact us by phoning the usual surgery number; those phoning Woodley should choose the emergency option.
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. We will always be able to give the appointment to someone else.
